Summer in White 2023

Gather your friends, family, and neighbours, and join us on Henley Island to Celebrate the Season in Style! Proceeds of the event are in support of the YWCA of Niagara.

Instructions:

One person, the Table Lead, will reserve your Table of 8 online.
That person will pre-order your beverages online. Table(s) and beverages MUST be ordered by the same person. You can adjust the order by replying to your confirmation email. Check your Junk Mail. If your confirmation email does not arrive in 30mins please contact us for a receipt.
Curate your outfit and prepare for the festivities! See information below.

What about food?
You are encouraged to bring your own food and delicious treats! There are no food options currently available.	We have seen 24-slice pizzas to share, charcuterie boards, and even elaborate cold beef tenderloin roasts!

What if it rains?	Dress Code
We have you covered! Literally. A spectacular tent will provide you comfort if needed, but not prevent us from enjoying the great outdoors.	The theme is best presented when everyone adheres to full white attire. This is an outdoor event on grass, so please dress accordingly.

Beverages	Entertainment
Pick up your pre-ordered beverages at the bar upon arrival. Bring your own water and non-alcoholic beverages. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.	Niagara locals, High Fidelity, will be entertaining us after dinner in to the evening with classic hits across the decades.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to those who bring outside alcohol on premise. This act violates our insurance policy and liquor licence. This policy will be strictly enforced by security.

Refund Policy

This event is rain or shine. Tickets/Tables are refundable up to 30 days before the event minus a 7% service fee. Beverage orders are refundable up to 7 days prior to the event minus a service fee of 7%.
