TASTING NOTES
This geekily blended white wine combines the acidity and freshness of chardonnay with the aromatic complexity of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer. The cool climate where the fruit is grown manifests in the glass thorough intense citric notes, tangerine, rose, orange blossom and stone fruit. On the palate, it reflects the nose and it is supported by a sharp acidity and minerality.
FOOD PAIRINGS AND SERVING TEMPERATURE
Thanks to its refreshing acidity this zesty wine served cold (8 °C) makes a perfect complement for fatty dishes such as a traditional mac and cheese or pasticcio di lasagne - both rich in bechamel sauce.
